Ersatz Condensed Milk

Recipe file created November 7, 1999.
Use one whole recipe anywhere you would use a can of sweetened condensed milk. Ingredients

1 cup instant dry milk
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup boiling water
3 tablespoon melted margarine or butter
Combine all ingredients and buzz in a blender.

NOTE:

May be stored for up to 1 week in refrigerator.
